Democratic Party Prepares for Obama Crucifixion

Conservative talk-show hosts have hinted for months at
Barack Obama’s divine aura visible only to Democrats. It
seemed a humorous parody until Wednesday, when
Representative Steve Cohen declared publicly on the House
floor, “Barack Obama was a community organizer like Jesus,
who our minister prayed about. Pontius Pilate was a
governor.”
This veiled yet obvious slur against Alaska Governor Sarah
Palin stands as stark proof the Democrats have ceased debate
over pressing national issues in favor of vulgar personal,
emotional attacks based on color, gender and now, even
religion. Who would ever have guessed it was the Democrats
who are the most vicious and obvious bigots in the country?
Any woman who considers herself a rank and file Democrat
should hang her head in shame.
Sarah Palin is portrayed by Obama and his supporters as a
bad mother, a religious zealot, an inexperienced dolt, a
smelly fish and a pig wearing lipstick. Wow. You would think
she is running for president against Obama. Either that or
Obama is really ticked off at his wife for something she did
and we all misinterpreted his comments.
What happened to important issues like the economy;
unchecked illegal immigration; terrorist attacks against our
country; energy independence; the mortgage crisis; unsolved
rapper murders; the plight of poor people in condemned
subsidized housing projects in Chicago; urban gang violence;
and Rush Limbaugh’s outrageous salary? It appears Obama and
his close personal flunkies are unable to analyze or devise
solutions for any important issues of the day so they have
decided instead to put on a show.
But really . . . Obama . . . Jesus . . . Pontius Pilate?
We are all witness to a remarkable Democratic Party attempt
to revise biblical history. I somehow missed the passage in
the Bible that labeled Jesus a “community organizer.” The
portrayal of Jesus in the Bible more closely resembles a
community rebel too inexperienced to work within the
established system to effect change. When called upon to
“perform,” he failed miserably. Did the Bible lie? Was Jesus
not God’s only begotten son? Why weren’t we told about his
brother Barack? Oh, I know. It was obviously a well-planned,
brilliantly executed Republican plot to deceive the poor
masses.
Lest we forget; Jesus ended up on the cross and Pontius
Pilate went to dinner with clean hands. It wasn’t Pilate who
did Jesus in, it was the unhappy focus group beta-testing
Jerusalem’s version of American Idol. History tends to
repeat itself. Now that Obama has become Jesus in the eyes
of most Democrats, he is obviously destined to be abandoned
by his constituency; and crucified. Sarah Palin of course,
will be enjoying her dinner in the White House and I will be
home enjoying mine while I think warmly, “I told you so.”
